ROSE NAKIZITO
Operations Coordinator

Rose is a dedicated advocate for women’s empowerment and the Operations Coordinator at the ADP Impact Hub in Uganda. Her journey with Africa Development Promise began as a participant in the Girls with Dreams (GWD) program, where her academic excellence earned her a full scholarship to attend Makerere University. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, with a concentration in Gender Studies.

After completing a nine-month internship with ADP, Rose was hired to lead operational and administrative activities at the Hub. During her internship, she received specialized training to facilitate both the Microbusiness Development Program and ICT computer literacy classes—programs designed to equip women with the skills and confidence to launch and manage small enterprises.

As Operations Coordinator, Rose serves as the primary point of contact for all administrative functions, ensuring that the Hub runs smoothly and efficiently. Her academic background and lived experience continue to inform her commitment to gender equity, community engagement, and creating inclusive spaces where women can thrive and lead.
